They've made some ridiculous decisions when it comes to classic games: delisting the PS3 / Vita games on the PSN website so you can only buy via the consoles, announcing then reversing a decision to close Playstation Store on PS3 earlier this year and so on. Nintendo have started making some of the NES and SNES games available on Nintendo Switch Online [There's been rumours for a while that they might add Gamecube titles in the future, but I'm not holding my breath. It's the same with Nintendo actually, either they don't know or don't care about classic games preservation. Hell, I'd buy them again here even if the price is close to the price of a triple A game. I'd buy all those games all over again on Steam.
It's just outrageous that with the amount of funding this game got that Konami still can't figure out people want that series back in a big way.
